Addy makes advertising easy. Suspiciously easy. Some might say it’s almost too easy.
Especially us since we had the opportunity to develop and lead a multi-phased approach for this tech startup full of amazing people in their transition from Adverator to Addy, helping them through every phase of the rebrand to their relaunch, accelerated growth planning, and eventual successful acquisition.
Addy
Addy’s rebrand was all-encompassing. A 360° approach from a comprehensive core strategy through flexible messaging and design ecosystems. We developed and executed an accelerated transmedia launch that took full advantage of such a vast and fun brand ecosystem.
- Brand Strategy
- Brand Framework
- Ilustration
- Website Design
- Brand Identity
- Brand Messaging
- UI Design
- Logo & Tagline
Since Addy lets anyone place ads like the big brands, we had to appeal to both broad and hyper-niche audiences. The visual ecosystem is inspired by a modern internet-era reimagining of classic print, OOH and storefront advertising.

So many details blended iconography from handmade signage and classic comic emanatas.
To keep the humanity intact, the typographic system blended modern, subtly tweaked versions of timeless trade fonts with a custom handcrafted font.
A look + feel that looks + feels easy
Running a business is hard enough. Good thing placing ads and media planning is easy now. To help people know they have one less hat to wear as a growing company, it’s important that this part be a bright spot in the day. So every touchpoint was considered, from the marketing to the website to the reports you get on campaign performance. Wherever you are, Addy’s here to hold your hand and make you feel confident and find a reason to smile every step of the way.
Easy on the app store? Yes. Easier on the web? Yes!

Wherever you are, we’re here making the hard stuff fun.

Addy is a startup success story we’re proud to be a part of. From the successful funding rounds to the acquisition that enabled them to reach even more people who have something to say but don’t know how to get their message in front of audiences. Like advertising, being a startup used to be hard. Now it’s easy. Almost too easy.
